If you are dissatisfied in any way, return the CD(s) within 60 days for a no-hassle full refund. (Currently, less than 0.05% returns.)

Replacing damaged discs

To request replacement of a Cylinder Music Shop disc you purchased which has become damaged —

Please give your name and list the CD title(s) for which you are requesting replacement –     Your name. List of damaged CD titles:     Then please contribute at least $2 per CD to be replaced –     If outside the USA, please add an additional $8.     Disc replacement cost:     US$   After confirming your original purchase, your replacement discs will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
